Juma is the pen-name for a writer and poet who has always loved putting words together, but has especially embraced the art form since her 70th birthday. Her life experiences have been rich and varied, and are all grist for the writer’s mill. She checks her bucket list from time to time to see what she hasn’t yet experienced – and then creates a story or poem about it!

As an avid gardener, Juma is particularly drawn to the ZenGarden contests, and uses the flower prompts as her daily writing practice.
